These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through asaterstill.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

ARTWORKS
Asater Still offers limited-edition and other fine-art photographic prints by Daniel Asater.
Each limited-edition print is signed and numbered and is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Edition numbers are allocated according to availability and cannot be selected unless agreed in writing before purchase.
Prints are sold unframed unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual product page.
Although every effort is made to reproduce artwork colours accurately, slight differences may occur because of screen settings, printing materials and the nature of photographic reproduction. These variations do not constitute a defect.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices displayed on the website are in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed in US dollars. Customers using accounts or cards denominated in another currency may be charged conversion fees or international transaction fees by their bank or payment provider. Asater Still is not responsible for these additional charges.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Any import duties, local taxes or customs-processing charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please review the order details and contact info@asaterstill.com immediately if any information is incorrect.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.
Asater Still reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
• An artwork or edition becoming unavailable
• An inability to deliver to the supplied address
• A technical or administrative error
If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and the amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all information supplied during checkout is accurate and complete.
Asater Still does not directly store complete payment-card details. Payments are handled by the payment providers connected to the website.
PRODUCTION
Each print is produced individually following purchase.
Please allow 7–10 business days for printing, inspection, signing and preparation before dispatch. This production period is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by material availability, technical requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING
Complimentary delivery by DHL Express is included for all destinations available at checkout.
Delivery times vary according to destination. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment when required.

CANCELLATIONS
To request cancellation, contact info@asaterstill.com as soon as possible.
If production has not started, Asater Still will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Custom-size, commissioned or personalised orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Requests to return a standard-size print must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@asaterstill.com.
Returned prints must be unused, unframed, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must not be sent without prior instructions and authorisation.
Unless an artwork is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the print. Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
Custom-size, commissioned, personalised or specially altered artworks cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Further information is available on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If a print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@asaterstill.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• The order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the exterior and internal packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
The artwork and all original packaging must be retained while the claim is reviewed.
Where a claim is accepted, Asater Still will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
LIMITED EDITIONS AND AVAILABILITY
The availability of a limited-edition artwork is determined by the remaining number of prints in its edition.
Asater Still may withdraw an artwork from sale at any time. Once the stated edition has sold out, no additional prints will be produced in the same edition, size and specification.
Artist’s proofs, exhibition proofs or differently specified editions may exist where disclosed, consistent with accepted fine-art photography practice.
COPYRIGHT
All photographs, artwork, text, branding and other content appearing on asaterstill.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Daniel Asater and Daniel Asater Photography Services.
No image or artwork may be copied, scanned, photographed for commercial reproduction, distributed, modified, published, licensed, used in advertising or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Personal photographs of purchased artwork displayed in a private interior may be shared for non-commercial purposes, provided that the artwork and artist are appropriately credited.
RESALE
Ownership of a purchased print may be transferred to another person. The Certificate of Authenticity should remain with the artwork.
Resale does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or any other intellectual-property rights.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
Asater Still makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability and other website information are accurate.
Occasional typographical, technical or administrative errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors and, where necessary, contact the customer before fulfilling an affected order.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
LIABILITY
Asater Still is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or purchase of an artwork, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our responsibility for any claim relating to an order will not normally exceed the total amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
FORCE MAJEURE
Asater Still will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, war, civil disturbance, government action, labour disputes, supply shortages, internet failure or interruption to payment services.
PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Asater Still Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that their information may be shared with payment processors, printing partners and delivery providers where necessary to process, produce and deliver the order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the website, business practices or applicable requirements.
The terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
